What the hell was that???
First of all, I just want to make the point that I am a die hard Manchester City Football Club fan. Definitely the best team around. Ever since Roberto Mancini led the team to it’s first Premier League title in like 100 years and until King Pep Guardiola made history a few weeks ago. As much as I can go on about my favourite team, that isn’t the point of this blog post. I’m here to vent about the UCL Final.
- Moussa Sissoko – What is your problem, brother? Every football player knows NOT to lift their hand(s) in their penalty area (except Luis Suarez (see 2010 World Cup QF against Ghana)). That was a terrible mistake on his part, HOWEVER, I don’t think it was a penalty! The ball clearly hit his shoulder and THEN hit his hand. Whoever that Slovenian referee was, he better go back for some training. Look, I’m no ref, but I’m not blind. But Sissoko is still dumb for that. Lol, idiot.
- Mohammed Salah’s goal – I just wanna know, since it’s Ramadan, is Salah fasting? Nice goal, though. I just didn’t like how the entire team celebrated as if they all worked for the goal??? Like, what was up with that?
- Tottenham was just crappy all around. Harry Kane? Sleeping. Dele Ali? Nah mate, you’re whack. Son tried, he genuinely tried but not hard enough. Very disappointing performance.
- The streaker – Damn, girl.
- Divock Origi’s goal – Not gonna lie, I missed it. But he’s a Black kid that scored at Europe’s top football club competition final, can’t be mad about that! Black Power.
- I’m very hacked that Daniel Sturridge wasn’t put in. Move on, mate. Liverpool is not the team for you, you’ll do better at Arsenal – as weak as they are.
- overall, I’m just butthurt my team didn’t make the final. Maybe the next post will be better. Until then, stay safe and enjoy Eid.
